The Apex Organic roast is Peruvian Chasqui bean from the Cajamarca, Junin and San Martin regions. This has been roasted to a medium, full city roast and is very even, bursting with chocolate, brown spice and green apple flavor notes. This coffee is certified organic by Vermont Organic Farmers.
