Pork Seasoning we recommend getting started with Whole Hog by trying it on smoked pork shoulder or pork ribs. It also tastes great on pork chops, pork tenderloin, and glazed carrots. This blend contains very low salt, which means you can use this seasoning without ever having to worry about over-salting. Chicken Seasoning Free Range was formulated for charbroiled chicken quarters and to be fantastic on boneless, skinless chicken breasts. This seasoning makes a delicious BBQ chicken and produces an enviable crunchy skin on smoked, then charbroiled chicken quarters. It is great when smoked, grilled, sous vide, and seared, baked, or roasted. Finishing with a good sear caramelizes the sugars and yields truly remarkable results.
Poultry Seasoning Paired with some lightly sprinkled pink Himalayan salt, a healthy dose of Pecking Order produces a mouthwatering charbroiled result with deliciously tasty and crispy skin that has a beautiful golden color from the turmeric. Lamb Seasoning our Good Shepherd seasoning is specially created for preparing lamb that really stands out from the flock. Good Shepherd is a very low salt blend so you can add as much additional flavor to your lamb as you'd like, without overpowering or over-salting it.
