Choose your grade

• Amber / Rich — the everyday grade. Balanced and clean; pancakes, porridge, coffee, baking.
• Dark / Robust — tapped later in the season, so the flavour is stronger and more caramel-heavy. Better where the syrup has to stand up to something — glazes, marinades, dark baking, cocktails.

Two sizes

• 250 ml — the trial size, and the one that works as a gift
• 1 litre — the household bottle; noticeably better value per ml
