Balsamic Reduction

Alessi Balsamic Reduction is balsamic vinegar cooked down with a little pure cane sugar to a syrupy consistency, with no thickeners or fillers. It comes in three varieties: Traditional, White and Raspberry Infused.

Drizzle it over a finished plate, or use it on cheese plates, in salads and marinades, over roasted meats and vegetables, or over fresh fruit. The Traditional goes over melon and prosciutto or dark chocolate. The White and the Raspberry Infused suit cheesecake, grilled peaches with feta, and vanilla ice cream with sliced basil.
