Glass Clamp Top Jar Hooked Fish Seasoning

Casa M Spice Co. Hooked Fish Seasoning is a fish spice rub in a glass clamp-top jar. It was first designed for salmon and scallops, and it also goes on other fish, crab and lobster, and on scrambled eggs and fresh vegetables.

The blend has dill weed, black pepper, onion and other spices on the company's Chain Reaction formula, made with all-natural ingredients and low in salt. Use it on fish that is smoked, grilled, sous vide, seared, baked or roasted.

It comes in two heat levels. Original has a background heat, and Uncontrolled doubles it.
