Kalamata Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Iliada Kalamata Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) Kalamata oil from Messinia, Greece. It is a single-variety oil made from Koroneiki olives, picked while still green and cold extracted within 24 hours, and it is fully traceable.

The aroma is medium fruity, with green fruit and notes of green banana, artichoke, freshly cut grass, tomato and dried nuts. It tastes rich and full-bodied with light bitterness, light to medium pungency and a slightly peppery finish.

Use it for everyday cooking and frying, over grilled fish, meat, pasta or vegetables, in sauces, and in salad dressings.
