Tree Juice Maple Syrup is 100% pure maple syrup made in the Catskills Mountains of New York. The Fairbairn family has owned and run the 100-plus-acre farm since the 1930s.
The syrup comes in flavored versions, each built on that pure maple syrup:
Bourbon barrel: aged in locally sourced oak bourbon barrels, which gives a rich maple syrup with a hint of smoky oak, bourbon and caramel.
Lemon: hand-zested organic lemons cooked into the syrup and steeped overnight, leaving a hint of citrus at the very end. Suggested with blueberry pancakes.
Chocolate: for pancakes, chocolate milk, hot cocoa, café mochas or drizzling over ice cream.
Cinnamon: made with two ingredients, the syrup and organic cinnamon sticks, for a sweet and spicy hint of cinnamon. Use it on pancakes, waffles, ice cream or oatmeal, or in baking.
The syrup is all natural, non-GMO, vegan, gluten free, vegetarian and paleo.
