Ayoba's Traditional Grass Fed Beef Biltong is made from grass-fed beef, seasoned with sea salt, coriander, pepper and worcestershire powder. It is the plain, traditional style of the South African snack, with a texture somewhere between jerky and prosciutto.
The beef is marinated in an old family recipe and air dried for up to fourteen days, then sliced into thin, bite-size pieces. It has zero sugar and is high in protein.
