1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of familystore.io and any purchase you make from FamilyStore.io LLC, a Rhode Island limited liability company, 623 Putnam Pike, Greenville, RI 02828 ("FamilyStore.io," "we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies they reference: our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated Terms are posted; the Terms in effect when you placed an order apply to that order.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at info@familystore.io if you believe your account has been used without permission.

3. Product information

We sell products made by other brands. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are based on information from manufacturers and suppliers, and we work to keep them accurate. Manufacturers can change ingredients, formulas, and packaging. Always read the label on the product you receive before use. The label on the product governs over information on our site, especially for ingredients, allergens, nutrition information, directions, and warnings. If you have a food allergy or a medical condition, check the label and consult your healthcare provider as appropriate.

Statements about dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Colors and appearance on screen may differ slightly from the actual product.

4. Orders, pricing, and payment

Orders require a minimum order subtotal of $100.00, excluding shipping.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we ship it. Before then, we may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price or description was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. We may limit quantities per order or per customer.

5. Shipping and risk of loss

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered to the carrier; this does not limit our commitments in the Shipping Policy and Refund Policy for lost or damaged shipments.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

7. Warranties

Products may be covered by a warranty from their manufacturer. We will provide any written manufacturer warranty terms on request before purchase. Except for manufacturer warranties and any warranty that cannot be excluded under applicable law, products are sold without additional warranties from FamilyStore.io. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

8. Reviews and content you submit

If you submit a review, question, photo, or other content, you confirm that it reflects your genuine experience, that you have the right to share it, and that it does not contain unlawful or misleading material. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with the site and our products. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site. That includes attempting to disrupt it, gaining unauthorized access to it, scraping it at scale, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Intellectual property

Site content created by FamilyStore.io is owned by us or our licensors. Product names, logos, and images belong to their respective brand owners.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FamilyStore.io is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and by applicable U.S. federal law.

13. Accessibility

We want the site to be usable by everyone. If you have difficulty using any part of it, email info@familystore.io and we will help you complete your purchase and work to fix the issue.
