This Refund and Return Policy applies to purchases made at familystore.io from FamilyStore.io LLC.

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after you receive your order.

Condition of returned items

• Food, beverages, and personal-care or beauty products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. For health and safety reasons we cannot accept these items once opened or used.
• All other items must be unused, in the condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.

How to start a return

Email info@familystore.io with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. If the return is eligible, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first; returns sent without authorization may not be processed.

Return shipping

FamilyStore.io pays return shipping for eligible returns using the label we provide.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us at info@familystore.io as soon as possible, with your order number and photos where possible. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you, including for food and personal-care items that arrive damaged.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive the return. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges are not refunded, unless the return is the result of our error (for example, a damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Order cancellations

To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, email us as soon as possible. If we cannot ship your order within the time stated in our Shipping Policy, you may cancel for a full refund.

Manufacturer warranties

Some products carry a warranty from their manufacturer. Where a product has a written manufacturer warranty, we will provide the warranty terms on request before purchase, and we can help you contact the manufacturer.
