Ariston Fruit Infused Balsamic Vinegar is Italian balsamic made from grape must and 100% Italian red wine vinegar, infused with real fruit and sold in 250 ml bottles. The six flavours are Fig, Pomegranate, Black Cherry, Blueberry, Apple and Pear Cinnamon.

It is a thick, dark, sweet balsamic to begin with, and a few drops go a long way. Pour it over aged cheese, fresh fruit or ice cream, use it as a salad dressing with good olive oil, or reduce it into a glaze for pork, duck or roast vegetables. Fig and black cherry go with aged cheese, pomegranate with strawberries and salads, blueberry with goat cheese, and pear cinnamon with roast squash.
