Ariston Fruit Vinegar Condiment is a thick fruit vinegar made from real fruit, in two flavours: Plum and Raspberry. Ariston calls them condiments rather than vinegars because they are thicker and sweeter than vinegar and sharper than a syrup.

Plum suits roast or grilled duck and pork and hard cheese. Raspberry suits salads, soft cheese and desserts. Either one can go over a cheeseboard, into a salad in small amounts, or into soda water for a shrub or a cocktail.
