Chrysanthemum is a popular tea flower across Asia, where the bloom is also a traditional symbol of vitality. Bravo pairs the dried flowers with monk fruit, at 1.5 g per bag in total.
To brew, heat water to 208–212°F and steep one bag for 3 to 5 minutes. Bravo says each bag can be steeped up to three times and suggests up to three cups a day. A serving is 1 to 2 tea bags.
