Bravo Teas & Herbs Absolute Horny Goat Weed is a caffeine-free herbal tea, sold as a box of 20 tea bags. It blends epimedium leaf with macrocarpium berry, rehmannia root and monk fruit.
Horny goat weed is the common name for epimedium, a plant that grows at high altitudes in Asia and has been used for over 2,000 years. This is a four-ingredient blend rather than epimedium alone, so check the ingredients below if you want a single herb.
Heat water to 208–212°F and steep one bag for 3 to 5 minutes. Each bag can be steeped up to 3 times, and up to 3 cups a day is suggested. A serving is 1 to 2 tea bags.
If you have a medical condition, take prescription medication (including blood thinners or insulin) or have surgery scheduled, check with your healthcare professional before adding these teas to your routine.
