Bravo Teas & Herbs Absolute Panax Ginseng is a caffeine-free herbal tea in a box of 20 tea bags, made from Panax ginseng leaf and root with Solomon's seal rhizome.
Panax ginseng was one of the most valued herbs of ancient China and spread to the rest of the world during the 1700s. Solomon's seal rhizome is listed first in the ingredients, so this is a two-herb tea rather than ginseng alone.
Heat water to 208–212°F and steep one bag for 3 to 5 minutes. Each bag can be steeped up to 3 times, and up to 3 cups a day is suggested. A serving is 1 to 2 tea bags.
If you have a medical condition, take prescription medication (including blood thinners or insulin) or have surgery scheduled, check with your healthcare professional before adding these teas to your routine.
