Bravo Teas & Herbs Absolute Rhodiola is a caffeine-free herbal tea in a box of 20 tea bags, made from rhodiola root with astragalus root and lemon peel.
Rhodiola has been used for centuries in Europe and Asia, with its earliest recorded use in Tibet more than 1,000 years ago. This is a three-ingredient blend, 1.5 g per bag in total.
To brew, heat water to 208–212°F and steep one bag for 3 to 5 minutes. Each bag can be steeped up to three times, and up to three cups a day is the suggested amount. A serving is 1 to 2 tea bags.
If you have a medical condition, take prescription medication (including blood thinners or insulin) or are scheduled for surgery, check with your healthcare professional before adding Bravo teas to your routine.
