Schisandra is known as the “berry of five flavors” and is used both as a food and in traditional Eastern herbalism. Bravo lists this tea's flavor as sweet, with monk fruit as the second of its two ingredients alongside the dried berries.
To brew, heat water to 208–212°F and steep one bag for 3 to 5 minutes. Bravo says each bag can be steeped up to three times and suggests up to three cups a day. A serving is 1 to 2 tea bags.
