White mulberry is native to Northern China and is best known as the leaf that silkworms feed on. Each bag holds 1.5 g of the dried leaf, and the box is labeled as an herbal supplement.
To brew, heat water to 208–212°F and steep one bag for 3 to 5 minutes. Bravo says each bag can be steeped up to three times and suggests up to three cups a day. A serving is 1 to 2 tea bags.
