The Lancaster Stroopie Co Stroopie Crumble Snack Mix is a sweet-and-salty snack mix made from the broken edges of the bakery's handmade stroopwafels, sold here in the larger 10 oz share-size bag. Caramel-filled cookie pieces are tossed with chocolate drizzle, pretzels, nuts and candy, and it eats somewhere between a cookie tin and a trail mix.
It comes in seven flavours. Traditional leans salty, with candied sunflower seeds, peanut butter chips and broken chocolate pretzels. Espresso adds coffee grounds and chocolate-covered beans, and S'mores adds graham squares and dehydrated marshmallows. Peppermint, Pumpkin Spice, Coconut and Pecan round out the seven.
At 10 oz it is sized for dessert boards, party bowls and gifting; the 5 oz bag is the lunchbox size. It comes from a woman-founded bakery.
