The caramel is made from sugar, butter, cream, glucose syrup and sea salt, and it sits in a milk chocolate coat rather than the semi-sweet shell of the Sea Salt Caramel flavor. An orange dot on top of the milk chocolate dome identifies it in an assortment. Petite is the smaller of Ticket Chocolate's two truffle sizes, at 0.75 oz and about 1.375 inches tall by 1.125 inches wide. The Grand weighs 1.25 oz.
