Ariston Truffle Infused Black Balsamic is aged Italian black balsamic vinegar infused with truffle, sold in a 250 ml bottle. It is a finishing condiment, added off the heat rather than during cooking.

It has the same truffle note as Ariston's truffle olive oil, with the acidity of balsamic behind it. Use a few drops on roasted mushrooms, on steak or roast beef after resting, over parmesan or pecorino, or stirred into risotto or polenta at the end.
