Ariston White Balsamic Vinegar

Ariston White Balsamic Vinegar is a light-coloured Italian balsamic made from white grape must, sold in 250 ml and 500 ml bottles.

It has the sweet-sour balance of balsamic but is milder than the dark kind and does not turn a dish brown. Use it on burrata, mozzarella, white fish, chicken and potato salad, in light vinaigrettes, over peaches, melon and berries, or to deglaze a pan when you want acidity without colour.
