Bravo Teas & Herbs Blood Pressure Herbal Tea comes in a box of 20 tea bags, blended from apocynum venetum leaf, red peony root, white mulberry leaf and five other herbs with jasmine flower.

Apocynum venetum leaf is the first ingredient, and with no tea leaves in the blend it is naturally caffeine free. The box has the Non-GMO Project Verified seal, is labeled in English and Spanish (Presión Arterial) and is sold as an herbal supplement.

Heat water to 208–212°F and steep a bag for 3 to 5 minutes. Each bag can be steeped up to three times, and Bravo suggests up to three cups a day. Do not use this blend if you have low blood pressure.
