Chouquette Chocolates Birthday Chocolate-Covered Caramels — Box of 5

Chouquette Chocolates Birthday Chocolate-Covered Caramels are a box of 5 vanilla bean caramels with fleur de sel crystals in a chocolate shell, each topped with a birthday design.

The designs are printed in white on dark chocolate and include a script "Happy Birthday" in a scalloped ring, a tiered cake with a single candle, "Happy Birthday" in block capitals edged with stars, and a script "Happy birthday" on a starburst. Five pieces is a good size for a small birthday gift, an add-on to a card, or a treat left on a coworker's desk on the day.
