Chokola is an organic cacao tea from Flying Bird Botanicals. The base is fairly traded heirloom cacao nibs from a women's cooperative in Granada, with roasted chicory root and carob, spiced with ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and vanilla bean. The chocolate flavor comes from the nibs themselves; no flavorings or oils are added.
