Olbas Oil Aromatherapy & Massage — 10 ml

Olbas Oil is a natural essential oil formula in a 10 ml size, used for inhalation and massage. It contains six essential oils, extracted from traditional plants and blended together, and it originated in Basel, Switzerland over 100 years ago.

Inhaled, it delivers invigorating and soothing sensations to the nasal and bronchial areas. Applied to the body, it helps stimulate circulation at the surface of the skin and gives a comfortable feeling in the muscles and joints. It is cruelty free.

• Size: 10 ml
• Inhalation: sprinkle 5-10 drops on a tissue and breathe in, or tuck the tissue inside a pillowcase at night. Or add 20 drops to a bowl of hot water, place a towel over the head and breathe the vapors in deeply for 5 to 10 minutes
• Massage: apply generously and massage gently
• Head: massage a drop or two on the forehead and temples, avoiding contact with eyes
• Sore feet: massage directly on the feet, or add 25-50 drops to a dish pan of hot or cold water and soak for 10 to 15 minutes
• Compress: add 10-20 drops to a bowl of hot or cold water, submerge a cloth, wring it out and place it on the area. Hot compresses feel soothing on aching bodies; cold compresses feel refreshing on the forehead
