The Crispery Peanut Butter Cookies Crispycake is a 5 oz marshmallow crispy rice treat with crushed peanut butter cookies layered through the middle and a whole peanut butter cookie on top.

The cookie layer shows as a band across the side of the square, between layers of crispy rice cereal and soft marshmallow. The cookies add a roasted peanut flavor and a lightly salty note to the sweet marshmallow. Like every Crispycake it is handmade in small batches and cut into a jumbo square about 3 x 3 inches.
