Urban Accents Manchego & Roasted Garlic Veggie Roaster Seasoning Blend is a 1.75 oz cheese and garlic seasoning for roasted vegetables. It is made with dehydrated onion and garlic, whey, sea salt, a natural Manchego cheese flavor, dehydrated bell peppers, black pepper and parsley, and it gives roasted vegetables a savory cheese flavor without any grating. One package seasons three batches.

The single-batch recipe slices 1 medium head of cauliflower into 1/2 inch steaks, brushes both sides with 1 Tbsp oil, 1 Tbsp melted butter and 1 1/2 Tbsp of the seasoning mixed together, and roasts them at 400°F for about 20 minutes, turning halfway. The same method works for potatoes and other hearty vegetables.

Urban Accents also uses the blend in Manchego mashed potatoes, Manchego and sausage stuffed mushrooms, and a cauliflower and crispy chickpea harvest bowl.
