100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Colavita 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes in two versions, Californian and Organic. The Californian oil is cold pressed from olives grown and harvested only in the Sacramento and San Joaquin valleys, and it is used as a finishing oil on roasted vegetables and white meats.

The Organic oil uses organic olives grown in Italy, Greece, Spain, Portugal and Tunisia without pesticides or herbicides, also cold pressed. It is full-bodied, with fruity and spicy notes, and works for roasting, baking, dressings, marinades and most cooking. It is certified USDA Organic and ICEA Organic.

In colder months olive oil can congeal in shipping. That is normal and does not affect the oil.
