All Natural Seasonings

Borsari's All Natural Seasonings come in five blends: Original, Savory, Citrus Seasoned Salt, Coffee and Cracked Pepper.

The Original blend is pure sea salt with fresh herbs, garlic and selected spices, slowly cured over a period of days, and it goes on meats, poultry, vegetables, salads and sauces. Savory is the same base with fresh thyme and a hint of lavender flowers. Citrus Seasoned Salt has lemon peel added for a distinctive hint of lemon, and it suits fish, chicken and salads. The Coffee blend mixes coffee, cocoa, Borsari Original Seasoning and spices, with the coffee kept in balance; it is used on steak, chicken, salmon, shrimp, ribs, squash, corn, bacon, peaches, pears, vanilla ice cream and in chili. Cracked Pepper combines several kinds of coarsely ground black pepper with spices, garlic and a little sea salt, for steaks, roasts, pork, burgers, eggs, soups and baked potatoes.

To use the salt blends on fish or pork, moisten the meat with olive oil and rub the seasoning on all sides before cooking. For chicken, season flour with it, roll the pieces in the flour and shake off the excess before roasting, broiling or pan frying. Otherwise sprinkle to taste on salads, vegetables, eggs, pasta, sauces, cream cheese, cottage cheese, garlic bread, baked potatoes and pizza, or over olive oil for dipping.
