Ariston Balsamic Glaze

Ariston Balsamic Glaze is balsamic vinegar already reduced to a thick syrup, ready to drizzle, in two versions: dark Balsamic of Modena and White Balsamic.

There is no reducing to do, and it clings to the plate rather than running. Drizzle it over caprese, roast vegetables such as brussels sprouts, carrots and squash, or steak and chicken off the heat, or use it to decorate a plate. The white version has the same syrupy texture without the dark colour, which suits pale dishes and fish.
