Ariston Greek Olives

Ariston Greek Olives are Greek table olives packed in glass jars, in five varieties: Kalamon, Green, Garlic Stuffed Green, Pepper Stuffed Green and Almond Stuffed Green.

The Kalamon are ripe, full-bodied purple-black olives and suit a Greek salad. The green olives are hand-picked in Messinia just before they ripen and hand-sorted; the stuffed ones are pitted and stuffed by hand with whole garlic cloves, Greek red peppers or Greek almonds. Serve them from the jar with bread, cheese and a drink, on antipasti and mezze boards, or stirred through a chicken, lamb or tomato dish near the end of cooking.
