Alessi Balsamic Capers Nonpareilles are capers packed in Alessi White Balsamic Vinegar. Nonpareille is the name for the young, tender buds, and they are hand-picked.
Capers are the unripened flower buds of a shrub that grows along the Mediterranean coast. They are tart and tangy, and add a sharp bite to a sauce, paté or smoked salmon.
