Bravo Teas & Herbs Absolute Honeysuckle is a caffeine-free herbal tea in a box of 20 tea bags, made from honeysuckle stem and flower with astragalus root.
The plant is Japanese honeysuckle, called the “gold and silver flower” and a long-standing ingredient in traditional Eastern herbalism in China and Japan. Bravo uses both the flower and the stem and pairs them with astragalus root, at 1.5 g of the blend per bag.
To brew, heat water to 208–212°F and steep one bag for 3 to 5 minutes. Bravo says each bag can be steeped up to three times and suggests up to three cups a day. A serving is 1 to 2 tea bags.
