Bravo Tea Organic Absolute Milk Thistle Herbal Tea — 20 Bags

Bravo Tea Organic Absolute Milk Thistle is a box of 20 herbal tea bags with a single ingredient, organic milk thistle seed. It is USDA Organic and Non-GMO Project Verified.

Absolute is Bravo Tea's range of single-herb teas, so there is nothing else in the bag. Milk thistle, also known as Mary thistle or holy thistle, is native to the Mediterranean, and this tea uses its seed. Bravo Teas & Herbs grows many of its herbs on its own organic farm on the Tibetan Plateau, sources others from their native habitats, and makes its teas in the USA.

Steep in water at 208–212°F for 3 to 5 minutes, and drink it hot or iced. A serving is 1 to 2 tea bags. If you are pregnant or nursing, consult a physician before use.
