Floral Elixir Co.'s Cascade & Amarillo Hops Elixir is a cocktail and soda syrup made with organic Cascade and Amarillo hops. Hops give beer its spicy notes, and these two varieties were chosen for their citrus-forward character, which balances the piney, bitter flavors. Tasting notes: citrus, pine, spicy, bitter.
Add a splash to lighter spirits for a floral twist on a cocktail, or build sodas and mocktails with still or sparkling water, tea or lemonade. It is especially refreshing with soda water.
