Chickpea Pasta

Banza Chickpea Pasta is made from chickpeas and comes packed with protein. It is sold in five shapes: Cavatappi, Elbows, Penne, Rotini and Shells.

Cooking tips

• Taste the pasta as you get close to the recommended cook time. Doneness is a matter of personal preference.
• Keep the water at a steady rolling boil, adjusting the burner as needed, and stir often so the pasta cooks evenly.
• For pasta salad or meal prep, cook it to the lower end of the time range and toss it with a little olive oil before you refrigerate it.
• Store the pasta on its own and toss it with sauce just before eating.
