Cookies - Snack Pack, Raspberry Cave

This is our Rapsberry Jam Drop, an Unna Bakery classic. Its a buttery and rich shortbread cookie filled with a sweet & tart raspberry jam. We bake them just just long enough for the butter and sugar to caramelize and get the golden color that I like so much. Prettiest cookie on the table!
Made with real butter, never palm oil, soy or preservatives.
