Poppy & Pout Exfoliating Lip Scrubs gently clean and exfoliate the lips so lip balm goes on smoothly afterward. They are made with natural ingredients such as sugar and essential oils and come in five flavors: Cinnamint, Lemon Bloom, Marshmallow Creme, Blood Orange Mint and Orange Blossom.
To use, rub a finger over the scrub for 10 to 15 seconds until it warms, massage it onto your lips in a circular motion, then wipe off any excess.
