4th & Heart Ghee is clarified butter, sold as a lactose-free alternative to butter and cooking oils. Butter is clarified to remove the water and lactose. It comes in four versions: Original Recipe, Garlic, Himalayan Pink Salt and Turmeric.
Original Recipe can be used the way you would use unsalted butter: spread it, melt it, fry with it or bake with it. Garlic is infused with fresh garlic from Northern California. Himalayan Pink Salt uses salt that is sourced to be all-natural and kosher certified. Turmeric is made with pure turmeric and adds a subtle, earthy flavor and warmth.
