Stonewall Kitchen Ghost Pepper Queso is a jarred cheese dip made with tomatoes, cheese, green chiles, sweet peppers and onion, heated with jalapeño and dehydrated ghost pepper, in a 16 oz (454 g) jar.

It is Stonewall Kitchen's Chile Con Queso with ghost pepper added, and the brand rates it Wicked Hot, the second-highest of the six levels on its Spice-O-Meter. The cheese comes from a dehydrated cheese mix and a cheese flavor made with mozzarella and cheddar, so it contains milk and soy.

Serve it at room temperature straight from the jar with tortilla chips, or warm it on the stove as a sauce for nachos, fajitas and enchiladas. It also goes into ghost pepper chicken hand pies. Refrigerate after opening.
