Ginger Ale Unfiltered Flavors

Bruce Cost Ginger Ale is an unfiltered ginger ale made with fresh ginger and pure cane sugar, available in three flavors: Original, Jasmine Tea and Blood Orange. Every flavor starts from the same recipe.

It is unfiltered, so it carries tiny ginger particles, and it should be shaken slightly before pouring. That gives it the "adult" mouthfeel of a beer or wine.

Original is the base for the other flavors, made with just four ingredients and spicy from the ginger. Jasmine Tea is infused with fine whole leaf green jasmine tea, so it is perfumed with jasmine flowers and earthy with tannins. Blood Orange with Meyer Lemon combines blood orange and Meyer lemon (thought to be a cross between a lemon and a mandarin) with fresh ginger for a sweet citrus flavor with a slight bitterness. It started as a special edition and is now a permanent flavor.
