Palmini Hearts of Palm Angel Hair is a pasta substitute made 100% from hearts of palm, a natural plant. It comes already cooked, so there is no boiling.
Rinse it thoroughly, then heat it in a saucepan with your choice of sauce or recipe. To tone down its flavor and smell, rinse it well, let it sit in milk for 45 minutes and rinse again. Serve it with a sauce rather than eating it straight from the can.
