The Lancaster Stroopie Co Stroopie Crumble Snack Mix is a sweet-and-salty snack mix made from the broken edges of the bakery's handmade stroopwafels, sold in a 5 oz bag. Caramel-filled cookie pieces are mixed with chocolate drizzle, pretzels, nuts and candy, so it eats somewhere between a cookie tin and a trail mix.
It comes in seven flavours. Traditional leans salty, with candied sunflower seeds, peanut butter chips and broken chocolate pretzels. Espresso adds coffee grounds and chocolate-covered beans, and S'mores adds graham squares and dehydrated marshmallows. Peppermint, Pumpkin Spice, Coconut and Pecan round out the seven.
At 5 oz it is the lunchbox size. It also goes into a road-trip snack bag, onto a dessert board, or over ice cream and yogurt. It comes from a woman-founded bakery.
