Legal Sea Foods House Vinaigrette is a creamy dressing of red wine vinegar and Dijon mustard with green peppercorns, in an 11 fl oz (330 ml) bottle. Stonewall Kitchen makes it for Legal Sea Foods, the restaurant and oyster bar brand established in 1950.

Toss it with a simple green salad, or use it as a marinade for shrimp and swordfish. The bottle also calls it a dipping sauce.
