Stonewall Kitchen Lemon Curd — 11.5 oz Jar

Stonewall Kitchen Lemon Curd is a sweet-tart lemon spread made in the style of a traditional English custard, sold in an 11.5 oz glass jar.

It is made with cane sugar, egg yolks and whites, unsalted butter and lemon juice concentrate, with pure lemon oil for flavor. There is no fruit pectin and no lemon peel in it, so the jar holds no pieces of fruit.

Spoon it onto shortbread, scones, cookies, pound cake or warm gingerbread, layer it between pancakes, or fill a pastry shell with it and top with fresh fruit and whipped cream. Stonewall Kitchen's own recipes use it in lemon raspberry squares, lemon mousse, a lemon blueberry parfait and a lemon meringue tart.
