Stonewall Kitchen Maine Maple Champagne Mustard

Stonewall Kitchen Maine Maple Champagne Mustard is a sweet-and-savory Dijon-style mustard made with Maine maple syrup, honey and champagne. It comes in an 8 oz jar or a smaller 3.5 oz jar.

The base is a blend of two Dijon mustards, one made with chili pepper. Honey, pure cane sugar and Maine maple syrup add the sweetness, and champagne, curry powder and spices round out the seasoning.

Brush it on baked ham or chicken as a glaze, or serve it with pretzels for dipping. For pork tenderloin or leg of lamb, mix it with fresh breadcrumbs, minced garlic and parsley, press the mixture on and cook as usual. It also goes into sautéed mussels, curried potato salad and an olive champagne mustard dip.
