Mint Sauce

Ballymaloe Mint Sauce is a mix of sweet, tart and fresh mint, made in Ireland to bring out the flavor of lamb. It is also good with pork.

Apple juice and white wine vinegar round out the mint. It is virtually fat free and has no artificial additives.

Beyond the roast, you can use it to flavor iced tea, punch, sauces, salad dressings, gravies, glazes and salsas.
