Four Sigmatic Mushroom Hot Cacao with Reishi is a hot chocolate mix made with organic cacao powder and organic reishi mushroom powder. Each packet has 500 mg of linden log-grown red reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) extract, made from the fruiting bodies only.
Besides Peruvian cacao powder it contains coconut milk powder and spices, which give it a creamy flavor. Mix it European-style, with just 3.5 fluid ounces of hot water or milk, for a small, concentrated cup. Drink it in the evening, about an hour before bed.
