This 67% dark bar is made from cacao grown by Malaquias on a single estate at Comalcalco, in the Tabasco region of Mexico, one of the oldest cacao-growing areas in the world. It is nutty, with hints of berry fruit.
Where it comes from. Cacao from Comalcalco, Tabasco, Mexico (100 m); fermented in wooden boxes covered with banana leaves and dried on mesh beds.
